Our new facilities include, a five-storey stand, Exhibition and Conference facilities which featurerestaurants, bars and private boxes - with panoramic views stretching across this famous Town Moor track.
The state of the art Lazarus Exhibition Centre is on the ground floor of the new main Stand and has a floor space of over 3400 sq metres and a floor to ceiling height of 4.7m, with various alternative rooms and areas ideal for seminars, break-out meetings and individual events. There is also an abundance of seated catering facilities offering a wide choice of food.
Customers can benefit from easily accessible services, wi-fi internet access, digital technology, event advertising opportunities via the extensive in-situ, state-of-the-art AV installations available for CD/lap-top playback. A new on-site 62 bed lodge is now available to exhibitors and traders.
Outside there is improved venue access and site-wide CCTV monitoring for enhanced client and customer security.

The Premier Suite - an exclusive enclosure taking up the whole of the third floor of the main grandstand, offering fabulous views. Capacity is limited to 300 to ensure customers enjoy the best service and facilities throughout the day.
The County Enclosure - with facilities on the first and second floors of the new grandstand, the County Enclosure offers a great choice of bars and restaurants. Access is also available onto the exclusive County Lawn, the Champagne and seafood restaurant.
The Grandstand Enclosure – race goers will enter directly into the state of the art grandstand, featuring a light modern open space with a choice of bars and catering outlets. The Urban-i seated terrace on the first floor serves Champagne and overlooks the course, Parade Ring and Winner's Enclosure.
The Family Enclosure - provides excellent views of the course and facilities include tote kiosk, catering outlets and picnic area.
